How to Lose Weight for Lazy People
When we talk about weight loss there are 1000’s methods out there each declaring to be better than the other. The most common techniques to get rid of bodyweight are diets, exercise, tablets, medical procedures and more…Bellow are few powerful ways to lose weight for lazy people :), some methods without dangerous medication, tedious exercises or hunger.
Losing bodyweight can be a complicated for many people because they never want to go to the gym. They may feel embarrassed or may prefer the comfort of working out at home. Anyway you should remember that losing weight home involves physical activity and also a good eating plan as well!
1. Set a goal
Set a timeline to get rid of unwanted bodyweight and write it down. For example, ‘ By Dec 2012 I will weigh 150 lbs or less. Put the note with your goal somewhere you will see it everyday.
2. Take it step by step
Start by focusing on what you eat. Reduce the consumption of fat and sweets and add more fruits and veggies. Soon, after you have that under control, add workouts. If you dislike to exercise try it for only 15 minutes a day at first, then a 1/2-hour per day. Always keep in mind that while you exercising you are losing calories and not adding. Try to chose something you enjoy to make it easier!
3. Find a friend
It is always excellent to have someone close to you when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend or someone who wants to reduce bodyweight and talk, compare notes, weigh-in together and maybe even have a competition 🙂
4. Start eating less carbs
Reduce carbohydrates! Don’t eat as much white bread, pasta and rice and you will see a change! Try these healthy summer foods for weight loss!
5. Remove soda drinks
If you want to lose weight you should definitely stop drinking soda and start drinking water!
6. Choose grill or boil
Avoid fried meat, opt for grilled or boiled foods. You will get used to it and probably you will enjoy it more!
7. Don’t eat junk food
Keep your home ‘junk food free’ so you will not be tempted to eat it.
8. Try to eat breakfast
Eat most of your calories very early in the day and always eat breakfast. Don’t eat after 7pm and not only will you stay away from those added calories but you will rest better.
9. Have a treat
Every time when you say to yourself that you can’t have something you want it more. Have a cure once a day (for example half a cookie/day) and you will not fell you are missing out.
10. Use smaller plates
In this way you are going to feel that you are consuming more! 🙂
11. Consume plenty of water
When you are hungry drink a glass of water and you will get that ‘full’ sensation. It would be good to drink a glass of water before each meal and for sure you will eat less!
12. Never eat everything on your plate
It is better to eat less and to remain food on the plate than forcing you to eat everything because you will accumulate unnecessary calories. Many people eat just because it’s there.
13. Have five or six meals a day
Try to eat less and often! Choose a healthy snack between main meals!
14. Plan your exercise sessions
Write your workout plan in your journal. Do several exercises a day, even when your are watching TV do ab crunches and leg raises!
15. Create Good Routines
